Granulated Maple Sugar

A perfect alternative to processed white sugar. It is naturally Gluten Free. The only ingredient is pure Organic Vermont Maple Syrup. The syrup is heating to a precise temperature and stirred until it forms into crystalized sugar.

Can be used in baking as a sugar substitute or even dissolved in hot water to be turned back into Maple Syrup.

This is how the old timers created a product that could be shipped without refrigeration and is the reason for all of the terms we use in the business, such as "Sugaring Season" (the time of year when the sap flows and syrup is made), "Sugarmakers" (the people tapping, gathering and boiling), and "Sugarbush" (the stands of maple trees where we gather sap).
